There are many colors
horses can have. There are nine or maybe more colors they can have.
Here are just a few. A gray has black skin and black and white hair.
A bay has a redish brownish tail and mane. A brown has brown hair,
coat and mane.
A black has black hair,
mane, and coat. A chestnut has a red brown coat, limbs, mane and
tail. It varies toa pale gold to a liver color. A dun has a
black skin and a gold coat. A palamino has a golden coat. A piebald
has a large area of black and white. A skewbald is brown and white.
